· Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Silver City office

· Drive sales performance and support overall agency growth

· Set and maintain standards for professionalism, accountability, and follow-through

· Communicate clearly with ownership, team members, and clients

· Track workflows, manage details, and ensure operational excellence

· Train, support, mentor, and hold team members accountable

· Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining efficiency

Insurance First is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Operations Manager / Office Lead (On-Site) to lead daily operations, support sales growth, and elevate our local office. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values ownership, accountability, and long-term career growth while working directly with clients and team members.

Paid Time Off & Holidays

· PTO accrual begins after 1 year of employment

· Up to 3 weeks PTO annually after the first year, based on tenure

· All observed federal holidays paid after 1 year

· Paid Sick Time (PTOS) accrues immediately upon hire, up to 35 hours per year
