Description
This job entails basic home care assistance for an 86 year old veteran and long time local of Silver City. Daily or almost daily check in’s that the client is doing ok, prepping frozen meals he can heat up on his own, cleaning, doing dishes, laundry, changing his sheets. Occasionally helping with transportation to medical appointments, etc.
1-2 hours per day preferred, schedule is flexible but client is more interactive in the evening.
Special Skills Wanted
Compassion and patience, elderly care can be challenging.
