Insurance First is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Operations Manager / Office Lead (On-Site) to lead daily operations, support sales growth, and elevate our local office. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values ownership, accountability, and long-term career growth while working directly with clients and team members.

Paid Time Off & Holidays
· PTO accrual begins after 1 year of employment
· Up to 3 weeks PTO annually after the first year, based on tenure
· All observed federal holidays paid after 1 year
· Paid Sick Time (PTOS) accrues immediately upon hire, up to 35 hours per year
