Description
Las Cruces Public Schools is excited to host a Special Education Teacher Virtual Job Fair on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for openings for the 2026–2027 school year.
Attached is our flyer with additional information regarding the event.
A SPED license is not required. Candidates can pursue the alternative licensure route, including an option through NMSU Global, which offers a 44%–50% tuition discount for current LCPS employees. Additionally, Level II or Level III teachers may qualify for the SPED alternative LEAP program for $4,000. This is a one-year program.
We are currently seeking passionate educators who are interested in making a difference in the lives of students. LCPS offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and additional stipends for certain positions.
